
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive the written notice.
Cancellation Charges
60+ days prior
30–59 days prior
15–29 days prior
8–14 days prior
7 days or less / No Show
Please note: Irrespective of the above cancellation slabs, in case of cancellation of tour/travel services after booking is made — a minimum 10% service charge will be applicable.
Cancellation After Trip Commencement
If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund will be restricted to a limited amount depending on what we can recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, and missed meals, we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Special Train Journeys
For special train journeys such as Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express — a separate cancellation policy is applicable, which will be advised as and when required.
No Refund Periods
Bookings cancelled during the following periods will receive no refund regardless of reason:
High Peak Season
20th Dec to 15th Jan
Festival Period
Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair etc.
Long Weekends
All long weekend bookings
Refund Process
Refunds for unused/unutilized services (paid and cancelled in advance) will be calculated based on the cancellation policy above and credited to the original payer. Please note the refund process may take 2–4 weeks due to banking procedures. If refunded to a credit card or bank account, bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.
