Booking
On confirmation of booking, your contract is with M/s Travel Murti. A contract exists once we receive the deposit amount. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Payment
A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your reservation and initiates the booking process.
Balance Payment
Balance payment must be completed 15 days before the start of the tour. Failure to complete the balance payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 2–4 weeks, subject to banking procedures. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Lucknow High Court jurisdiction only. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
