Day 2: Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath

Trek: Approximately 17 km

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Gaurikund, the starting point of the sacred Kedarnath pilgrimage.

Begin the approximately 17 km trek to Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Pilgrims who prefer not to trek may hire pony, mule, palki, or pithu services at their own expense and subject to availability.

The trekking route follows the Mandakini River and offers magnificent views of snow-clad mountains, waterfalls, and lush Himalayan landscapes, making the journey both spiritually uplifting and visually rewarding.

Upon reaching Kedarnath, check in to the allotted government camp, guesthouse, or lodge and relax after the trek.

Day 3: Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Guptkashi

Drive: Approximately 35 km

Wake up early and visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple for morning darshan and prayers.

Seek the divine blessings of Lord Shiva at one of India's holiest pilgrimage destinations before spending some peaceful moments in the spiritual surroundings of the temple.

After completing darshan, begin your return trek to Gaurikund.

On arrival at Gaurikund, meet your driver and continue the drive back to Guptkashi.
