Day 01: Haridwar – Mussoorie
Welcome to Devbhoomi Uttarakhand and the beginning of your Kedarnath, Tungnath, Chandrashila, and Mussoorie journey. On arrival at Haridwar Railway Station, meet the TravelMurti representative and proceed towards Mussoorie, popularly known as the Queen of the Hills.
On arrival in Mussoorie, check in at the hotel and relax. The remaining time is free for leisure or you can explore Mall Road and enjoy the hill-station atmosphere at your own pace.

Day 02: Mussoorie Sightseeing – Rishikesh
After breakfast, begin your Mussoorie sightseeing tour. Visit the attractions specified in the itinerary, including Kempty Falls, Gun Hill, Lal Tibba, Camel's Back Road, and Company Garden.
After sightseeing, drive towards Rishikesh, one of Uttarakhand's most important spiritual destinations. On arrival, check in at the hotel.
Depending on available time, explore the scheduled attractions in Rishikesh, including the Laxman Jhula area, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Parmarth Niketan, and local ashrams.
Return to the hotel after sightseeing.

Day 03: Rishikesh – Chopta
Approx. 185 km / 5–6 Hours

Enjoy the changing landscapes as the journey moves deeper into the Garhwal Himalayas. On arrival in Chopta, check in at the scheduled accommodation and spend the remaining time relaxing amid the mountain surroundings.

About Chopta
Surrounded by forests and Himalayan landscapes, Chopta is one of the most scenic destinations in the Rudraprayag region and serves as the primary base for the Tungnath–Chandrashila trek.
The region is known for forests, mountain meadows, birdlife, and views towards Himalayan peaks when weather conditions are favourable.
Day 04: Chopta – Tungnath – Chandrashila – Guptakashi
Approx. 5 km Trek as per Itinerary
After breakfast, begin the trek from Chopta towards Tungnath Temple and Chandrashila.
The uphill trail passes through beautiful Himalayan landscapes and offers mountain views along the route. Visit Tungnath Temple, one of the sacred Panch Kedar temples dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Continue towards Chandrashila Peak as scheduled in the itinerary. The summit is known for panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan ranges when weather and visibility are favourable.
After completing the trek, descend towards Chopta and proceed by road to Guptakashi.
On arrival, check in at the hotel and rest after the day's trekking and road journey.

Tungnath Temple
Situated at approximately 3,680 metres above sea level, Tungnath is the highest of the Panch Kedar temples and an important pilgrimage destination dedicated to Lord Shiva.
According to Hindu tradition, Tungnath is associated with the arms of Lord Shiva in the Panch Kedar legend.
Chandrashila Peak
Chandrashila is a high-altitude summit above the Tungnath region and one of the highlights of the Chopta trekking circuit.
Reaching Chandrashila requires an additional uphill climb beyond Tungnath. Weather, snow, trail conditions, local restrictions, and travellers' fitness can affect accessibility.
Day 05: Guptakashi – Sonprayag/Gaurikund – Kedarnath
Approx. 18 km Trek as per Itinerary
After breakfast, travel from Guptakashi towards the Sonprayag/Gaurikund region for the Kedarnath pilgrimage.
Begin the trek towards Kedarnath Dham. Travellers can undertake the pilgrimage on foot or use locally available pony or doli services at their own expense.
Carry essential personal medicines, warm clothing, toiletries, and necessary belongings for the overnight stay at Kedarnath.
On reaching Kedarnath, check in at the scheduled tent/accommodation. Later, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple and seek the blessings of Lord Shiva.

About Kedarnath
Located at approximately 3,583 metres above sea level, Kedarnath Temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in Uttarakhand.
The temple stands amid the dramatic landscapes of the Garhwal Himalayas and is also closely connected with the Panch Kedar tradition.
According to Hindu tradition, after the Mahabharata war, the Pandavas sought Lord Shiva for absolution. Lord Shiva is believed to have appeared in the form of a bull before manifesting at different locations associated with the Panch Kedar temples.

Day 06: Kedarnath – Guptakashi

After darshan, begin the descent towards the designated roadhead and continue towards Guptakashi.

Day 07: Guptakashi – Rishikesh
Approx. 175 km / 5–6 Hours
