Upon arrival in Guptkashi, check in to the hotel and relax after the day's travel. Guptkashi is an important stop for pilgrims undertaking the Kedarnath Yatra from Haridwar or Dehradun and is well known for its spiritual significance.

Spend the evening preparing for your sacred Kedarnath Darshan, scheduled for the following morning.

Overnight Stay: Guptkashi

Day 2: Guptkashi – Phata/Sirsi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi

Start your day early and proceed from Guptkashi to the Phata or Sirsi Helipad, where you will board your Kedarnath Helicopter Service (subject to the confirmed booking and operational schedule).

The Kedarnath Helicopter Tour offers spectacular aerial views of the Garhwal Himalayas, lush valleys, glaciers, rivers, and snow-covered mountain peaks before reaching Kedarnath Dham, located at an altitude of approximately 3,584 metres (11,759 feet).

Pilgrims are advised to carry valid ID proof, personal medicines, warm woollen clothing, comfortable walking shoes, and other essentials suitable for high-altitude travel.

Kedarnath Temple Darshan

Upon arrival at the Kedarnath Helipad, walk approximately 800 metres to the sacred Kedarnath Temple.

Seek the divine blessings of Lord Shiva at one of the Twelve Jyotirlingas and one of the holiest shrines of the Uttarakhand Char Dham Yatra. The magnificent temple, surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks, offers a deeply spiritual atmosphere that attracts devotees from across the world.

Subject to available time and local conditions, visit the nearby Bhairavnath Temple, believed to be the guardian deity of Kedarnath, and the Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, dedicated to the great philosopher who revived Hindu pilgrimage traditions.

Kedarnath also holds immense importance as one of the sacred temples of the Panch Kedar pilgrimage. According to Hindu tradition, Lord Shiva appeared in the form of a bull while avoiding the Pandavas after the Mahabharata war. The hump of the bull manifested at Kedarnath, while the remaining parts appeared at Tungnath, Rudranath, Madhmaheshwar, and Kalpeshwar, together forming the revered Panch Kedar circuit.

After completing your Kedarnath Darshan, return to the helipad and board the helicopter back to Phata/Sirsi.

Upon arrival, drive back to Guptkashi and relax after your memorable pilgrimage.

Day 3: Guptkashi – Rishikesh – Haridwar

Distance: Approximately 240 km

Travel Time: Approximately 6–7 Hours

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey towards Haridwar, concluding your memorable Kedarnath Yatra Package.
