Day 1: Haridwar – Barkot

Distance: Approximately 220 km

Travel Time: Approximately 7 Hours

Welcome to your Yamunotri & Gangotri Darshan Yatra with TravelMurti. Upon arrival at Haridwar, meet our representative and begin your journey towards Barkot via Mussoorie.

En route, visit the beautiful Kempty Falls and enjoy the scenic surroundings of Mussoorie before continuing towards Barkot.

Upon arrival at Barkot, check in to the hotel and relax after the journey. Barkot serves as an important base for pilgrims traveling to Yamunotri Dham.

Day 2: Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri – Barkot

Drive: Approximately 36 km

Trek: Approximately 6 km one way

After breakfast, drive towards Hanuman Chatti and continue to Janki Chatti, the starting point for the trek to Yamunotri Dham.

From Janki Chatti, begin the approximately 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple. Pilgrims can complete the journey on foot or hire a pony or doli at their own expense.
