Day 01: Arrival in Madurai & Sightseeing

Day 02: Madurai – Rameswaram

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Rameswaram, one of India’s most revered Hindu pilgrimage destinations.

Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and later proceed for Rameswaram temple darshan and sightseeing.

Visit the sacred Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and traditionally regarded as one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines. Closely associated with the Ramayana, the temple is renowned for its magnificent corridors, carved pillars, sacred theerthams, and Dravidian architecture.

Continue to Agni Theertham, the sacred seashore located near Ramanathaswamy Temple, where pilgrims traditionally perform religious rituals.

Later, visit Gandhamadhana Parvatham, a sacred site associated with Lord Rama that also offers views of Rameswaram and the surrounding landscape.

Proceed to Dhanushkodi, the historic coastal settlement located near the southeastern end of Pamban Island. Known for its ruins, dramatic coastline, and religious associations with the Ramayana, Dhanushkodi is one of the most distinctive attractions near Rameswaram.

After completing the sightseeing, return to the hotel.

Day 03: Rameswaram – Kanyakumari
